IKS Ambassador Program – Terms and Conditions

The IKS Ambassador Program (the “Program”) allows eligible OLIJEL customers to receive a reward when they successfully refer new customers to IKS products and services.

The Program is intended to thank satisfied customers who help promote IKS solutions within their network.

To participate in the Program, the referrer must:

• be an active OLIJEL customer;
• have an eligible IKS system installed;
• maintain an active subscription in good standing at the time the referral is validated;
• comply with these Terms and Conditions.

OLIJEL reserves the right to request any information necessary to verify a participant’s eligibility.

To qualify under the Program, the referred customer must: 

• be a new OLIJEL customer; 

• purchase an eligible IKS system; 

• complete the installation of the system; 

• pay all applicable fees; 

• complete the 30-day free trial period and pay the applicable connectivity fees based on the selected subscription plan. 

An individual may only qualify as a new customer once. 

For a referral to be eligible: 

• the referred customer must clearly identify the referrer during their initial contact with OLIJEL; 

• the referrer’s full name must be provided on the quote request form or communicated to an OLIJEL representative before the system installation; 

• OLIJEL must be able to verify the identity of the referrer. 

The referred customer must identify the referrer during their first contact with OLIJEL or, at the latest, within thirty (30) days following the installation of the IKS system. 

After this period, no referral request or reward claim will be accepted. 

If more than one referrer claims the same referral, the first referral recorded in OLIJEL’s systems will prevail. 

OLIJEL’s decision shall be final and binding. 

Subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions, the referrer will receive a reward for each eligible referred customer. 

Unless otherwise specified, the reward consists of a fifty-dollar (CAD $50) electronic gift card. 

Rewards: 

• are issued only after the referral has been fully validated; 

• are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash; 

• may not be resold; 

• will not be replaced if lost or deleted by the participant. 

OLIJEL reserves the right to change the type, value, or provider of the rewards at any time without prior notice, provided that a reward of equivalent value is offered. 

A referral will be considered valid only when: 

• the system installation has been completed; 

• full payment for the system has been received; 

• all eligibility requirements have been met; 

• OLIJEL’s internal validation process has been completed. 

OLIJEL has sole discretion to determine whether a referral qualifies. 

All decisions made by OLIJEL regarding referral eligibility are final. 

Rewards will generally be issued within thirty (30) days following referral validation. 

Additional delays may occur due to administrative, technical, or operational circumstances. 

The Program does not apply to: 

• OLIJEL employees, officers, directors, or representatives; 

• certified installers; 

• dealerships; 

• fleet managers; 

• distributors, resellers, or business partners; 

• entities or transactions governed by corporate or B2B agreements; 

• customers acquired through tenders or commercial contracts. 

Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. 

The same individual may not act as both the referrer and the referred customer for the same transaction. 

The following activities are prohibited: 

• providing false or misleading information; 

• creating fake accounts or false identities; 

• attempting to circumvent the Program rules; 

• submitting fictitious referrals; 

• using automated or fraudulent methods; 

• publishing misleading or unauthorized content on behalf of OLIJEL. 

Any activity deemed abusive or fraudulent may result in: 

• cancellation of rewards; 

• immediate removal from the Program; 

• any other action OLIJEL considers appropriate. 

OLIJEL shall not be liable for: 

• errors in recording or identifying a referral; 

• technical issues preventing a referral from being recorded; 

• delays in issuing a reward; 

• the loss, theft, or unauthorized use of a reward; 

• any interruption, modification, or suspension of the Program. 

OLIJEL’s total liability in connection with the Program shall be limited to the value of the applicable reward. 

Personal information collected as part of the Program will be used solely for the administration of the Program, referral validation, and reward distribution. 

Such information will be handled in accordance with OLIJEL’s Privacy Policy and all applicable privacy laws. 

Participants confirm that they have obtained the necessary authorization before providing the contact information of a referred individual. 

OLIJEL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to: 

• amend these Terms and Conditions; 

• modify the rewards; 

• temporarily suspend the Program; 

• terminate the Program at any time. 

Any changes will take effect upon publication on OLIJEL’s website.
