We work with service providers located in Quebec, elsewhere in Canada, as well as abroad. As a result, your personal information may be stored or processed on servers outside your province or country of residence.

Personal data may be kept in OLIJEL’s administrative offices (for example, in paper form in secure areas), in our internal IT systems, or within the infrastructures of our service providers. You will be informed of the disclosure of your information to entities located outside Quebec, in accordance with legal requirements.

OLIJEL is committed to complying with applicable laws regarding the protection of minors’ privacy. We do not knowingly collect or use personal information from children under the age of 17 without first obtaining verified consent from a parent or legal guardian.

If we wish, in a specific context, to collect data from minors under the age of 14, we will ensure that such consent is obtained in accordance with applicable laws.

If we discover that personal information has been provided by a child under the age of 14 without parental consent, this data will be deleted as soon as possible. If you believe that a child has provided us with such information, we invite you to contact our Data Protection Officer so that we can take appropriate action.
